The integration of Maponics data will improve home buyers experience on ZipRealty by allowing them to search by neighborhood names and view more relevant neighborhood map information.

Lender Processing Services Real Estate Group Licenses Maponics Data

Announced today, the Real Estate Division of Lender Processing Services, Inc. has licensed Maponics ZIP Code and Neighborhood boundary data. LPS will use Maponics data for its property searches, maps and analytics in both desktop and web-based information distribution networks.
