Announced today, Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, a division of Hanley Wood, LLC, has licensed the complete stack of Maponics geographic boundary data – neighborhoods, subdivisions and school attendance zones. By integrating Maponics data, Hanley Wood Market Intelligence is now able to offer its customers real estate performance statistics, broken down by the same geographic areas that real estate buyers are using in their purchasing decisions.

“We’ve found Maponics to be the go-to partner for socially relevant geographic boundary data,” said Jonathan Smoke, the Executive Director of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence. “With the ability to layer all of Maponics geographic boundaries, we have the advantage of the most complete and accurate data, while saving on cost and administrative time since we no longer have to source our data piecemeal, from multiple companies.”
