Subdivision Boundaries Coverage Nearly Doubled in Latest Release

on September 23, 2011 at 7:53AM

In June, we announced the launch of our ground-breaking Subdivision Boundaries product.  As the first nationwide subdivisions dataset of its kind, our initial release contained 150,000 real estate subdivisions across 130 counties in 17 states.  Today, just three months later, we are proud to announce that we have nearly doubled the number of subdivisions in this dataset, expanding it to 276,000 across 350 counties in 41 states.

Subdivision boundaries are a key component of geography-enabled web or mobile applications. They are also essential for internal analysis focused on residential areas.  Maponics Subdivision Boundaries are sourced from multiple local community resources and built using our patent-pending boundary creation process.
